Joyful Dirt, a sustainable plant fertilizer company rooted in Oregon, underwent a revitalizing rebrand with the introduction of new packaging. Drawing inspiration from the carefree spirit of 80s California beaches and the beauty of natural plant illustrations, our reimagined packaging captures a harmonious blend of nostalgia and eco-consciousness.

Central to the design philosophy is the commitment to an "earth-first" approach. The compostable plant fertilizer is housed in an ingeniously crafted paper tube, embracing sustainability at its core. The packaging features a thoughtful design innovation—a cap with portion-controlling diecuts on either side of the opening, ensuring precise and efficient use of the fertilizer while maintaining an eco-friendly ethos. This rebrand not only reflects our dedication to the environment but also evokes a sense of joy and vitality.
